The wait is finally over! The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has officially declared the Final Result and Merit List for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2026. 5. How to Check Your Result

- The official PDF will open in your browser or download to your device.
- Open the PDF and use the search function (Ctrl + F on PC or the Search icon on mobile).
- Type your Roll Number. If your roll number is highlighted in the PDF, congratulations, you have been selected!
6. Category-wise Cut-Off Marks
The commission has also released the official cut-off marks along with the result. Below are the minimum qualifying marks for the 2026 cycle:

7. About the Merit List
The Merit List contains the roll numbers of the candidates shortlisted for the Document Verification round. The list has been prepared strictly based on the marks obtained in the Mains Examination and category-wise reservation rules set by the Odisha Government.
8. What’s Next? (Document Verification)
All shortlisted candidates must appear for the Document Verification (DV) round. The DV is expected to start from the last week of July 2026. The exact date, time, and venue for each candidate will be intimidated via a separate DV Call Letter.
9. Documents Required for DV
Candidates must bring Original documents along with 2 sets of self-attested photocopies:
- Printed copy of the Online Application Form.
- HSC (10th) Board Certificate (for age proof).
- Degree / Graduation Certificate & Marksheets.
- Valid Caste Certificate (SC/ST/SEBC) if applicable.
- NOC from current employer (if already a Govt. servant).
- Two recent passport-size photographs.

Are the OSSC CGL marks out?
Currently, only the merit list PDF with roll numbers has been released. Individual scorecards will be available on the portal in a few days.

What if my roll number is not in the PDF?
If your roll number is not in the merit list, it means you have not scored above the cut-off marks and are not selected for the DV round.

Will there be a waiting list?
OSSC does not usually maintain a waiting list. Any unfilled vacancies are carried forward to the next recruitment cycle.
